A WEE HOME FROM HOME RETURNS

A Wee Home From Home is back for a limited run in The Big Room at The Acoustic Centre at St Brides Centre as part of Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Set in Glasgow and using an eclectic mix of live music, energetic dance and huge theatricality, the show opens Scotland to its own wounds while celebrating a vibrant and indominitable spirit with pathos and a huge dose of humour. Performed by two of Scotland’s favourite and most successful artists Michael Marra and Frank McConnell who play, act, sing, dance, joke and share a unique partnership on stage.

directed by Gerry Mulgrew | music by Michael Marra | choreography by Frank McConnell
designed by Karen Tennent | lighting design Jeanine Davies

“a marvelous display of athletic humour and a powerful evocation of city life.” - Evening News

“Under the imaginative direction of Gerry Mulgrew, fingers and feet combine to produce a satirical but affectionate portrait of Glasgow which is vivid and telling and quite brilliantly performed.” - The Scotsman
